If you receive a wrong product or a defective item, you can return the item within 20 days of ship date. Goods will be replaced or repaired if any manufacturing defects are found. The returned merchandise must be accompanied by proof of purchase and all original documentation and packaging; otherwise, the return will not be honored. All merchandise is visually inspected upon receipt for signs of wear prior to the issuance of any exchange or credit. "New and unused condition" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes; and the item must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used.
